This document outlines the data model and relational schema for a car taxation renewal database. It defines six database relations - Owner, Vehicle, Payment, Licence Authority, RegOwner, and Assessment. The Owner relation stores information about vehicle owners. The Vehicle relation stores vehicle details. Payment stores payment information. Licence Authority stores licensing authority details. RegOwner links vehicles to their registered owners. And Assessment stores taxation assessment rates. Primary and foreign keys are specified to represent the relationships between the relations.
