DAMAX is a technology company that has developed a new patented antenna design for
cellular phones that more than doubles their range, reduces dropped calls, and substantially
increases battery life and data transmission performance (see www.damaxintl.com). It also
makes cellular and digital cordless phones hearing aid compatible for 8-10 million Americans
who wear aids, which will for the first time permit these phones to meet new FCC requirements
that take effect in September 2005.
George has been an asset to the DAMAX team in numerous ways. He studies opportunities,

life. George is involved in most aspects of developing our business including assisting in
business and financial planning, strategy development, sales efforts, presentation and
marketing materials, and investor communications.
George has been able to see the big picture and develop strategies to propel us forward. He
has been able to move us from concept to product, and has helped open the doors to
companies like T-Mobile USA, Panasonic, Samsung, Radio Shack, and others. His creativity,
