Coach Dave Crenshaw is the head of Camp Dreamers, a youth program located at 600 West 161st Street in New York. The camp offers various programs like Camp Sunrise, Camp Recess, and Camp O.T. to provide education through sports, scouting, and special events. Coach Crenshaw is asking for financial support from alumni and friends to help the camp get ahead and to match funds from a sponsor by August 9th. Donations can be made to the Washington Heights Inwood Coalition.

Camp Dreamers Education Through Sports, Scouting and Special Events Camp Sunrise -7a.m. at P.S. 128 If you want to make the team, (S.O.S) --you must practice and train at sunrise! Camp Recess - Lunch-time S.O.S. helps “School Aides” run group activities for everybody. Relay races - Group exercises - Singing songs Camp O.T. — Weekends & Holidays Weekends — Top Dreamers play on teams and help run leagues. Basketball at Carmine. Flag football at J. Hood Wright (173rd & Ft.) Track at the Armory & special events all over. Holidays — Trips and Traveling We go camping at Alpine, T.M.R. and Colleges of alumni. The last year, we set a record for involvement of alumni and parents . We did so well, a sponsor has promised to match whatever we raise from alumni and friends by August 9th.
