I have been working on King Khalid Eye Special Hospital for more than two years, my position
were Outpatient Clerk. I had work on many department during my work period, I worked as clerk
on the clink , helping the Dr by preparing patient fill and full up some fill document, and making a
appointment request for next visit. After that due to the shortage on appointments department, I
had to transferee to the appointments department, I was work on making appointment for patient
and some time calling patient to inform them for next visit. After all I transferee to patient services
department, providing help to patient by given them what they need or if they have a complained
what is the right person to go to, also we give them a witting number to be seen by Dr after we
checked on their appointment.
On 2013/7 until 2014/4
I worked on Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib hospital, as billing coordinator.
My work were required me to send the medical report and how much is it cost to gets cares on our
hospital to the insurance company to get approval from them.
Skills:
Ability of working with Microsoft office, word, excel, and access.
I have worked in many different data base
Speaking English very well
I had good experiences with Social services
System Analyses and Design
Some Medical background
Education background
High school Almalqa
