 Copper tube cooling system Project
In mechanical systems of all kinds, copper is widely used as it is durable enough to embed in concrete
without worry. Learned about cooling system to remove heat from the indoor air and transfer it outdoors.
 Automatic bottle filler Project
Learning and designing the machine that can fill liquid in bottles automatically with defined accuracy. It’s
the project filling of liquid into bottles of different heights, fully controlled by sensors designed by ladder
diagram and plc programming software. Sensor detect the position of bottle that move along with the
conveyer belt, then determine output signal same as input signals from plc software. Its excellent flexible,
increasing accuracy and time saving process.
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
 Trainee with NBC Bearings, Gurgoan from 1st June 2013 to 15th July 2013
45 days training with NBC Bearings (Part of National Engineering Industries Ltd, Birla Group) where
learned about complete manufacturing process of bearings. NBC bearing is a manufacturer of wide range
of bearings for automotive industries, railways etc. approx. in 1000 different sizes and ranges.

Learned about automotive products, quality control, delivering the highest quality at a justifiable cost by
innovative technologies, continuous improvement and optimizing of resources during my 6 months tenure.
