Klaus-Peter Wagenführ has over 30 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in marketing, sales, and organizational change. He has a degree in macroeconomics and taught marketing at the University of Bielefeld for 5 years. Some of his recent project experiences include providing marketing and sales training during an organizational change process in the chemistry industry, consulting on organizational structure and new positioning strategies for an advertising business, and developing service marketing programs and customer training for a forklift manufacturer.
