Nicolas Odier is a French health management professional with over 15 years of experience in project development, management, and strategic planning for hospitals and healthcare facilities in France. He has extensive expertise managing the restructuring, expansion, and mergers of hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in clinical research and public health at the University of Marseille while working as Head of Project Development for Korian, a large senior care company.
