Functional check out, Testing, Calibration, and commissioning of systems and
instrumentation related to the chrome production field. Create, update and manage all
associated documentation including SAP Purchase Orders, Service Entry, Notification
creation, PM Order confirmations. Conduct IMS actions involving Logging near-misses,
conduction Safety Behavioural Observations, Logging and closing actions. Conduct Base-
Line Risk assessments and Task-Based Risk Assessments for continuous safety
improvement drive. Create PLC and SCADA backups, SCADA development, and PLC
programming procedurally. Conduct a Route Cause Analysis Failure to formulate mitigation
