PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE
2008 – Present: Woking for Colep, (RAR Group Company). Colep is a leading global
player in the consumer goods packaging and contract manufacturing
industries. With a turnover of around 512 million euros, Colep employs
about 3800 people in Portugal, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Spain,
the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. As part of “ACOA,
the Alliance of Colep & One Asia”, Colep offers customers a global
supply network.
Mayo 2013 – Present: Operations Manager Kleszczow Plant. (Poland)
Member of the Polish board of directors and reporting to the Industrial
Director and Packaging Division Managing Director. Leading the
implementation and development projects, among others are:
- Coty inc. project (Digi stripe). Innovation project that lead to
significant growth for the factory and where Coty became its main
customer.
- Henkel project (Syoss). Installation of a new production unit.
Homologation and start up in the professional branding area.
- P&G. Adjustment of the factory to be recognise by P&G as
homologated supplier. (Quake audit. 76%)
Main responsibilities as Operations Manager include: Insertion of new productive and
management systems (Kaizen, quality, environment or security), Budget
Management, Human Resources and Material Management.
Feb. 2011 – Mayo 2013: Technical and Engineering manager. San Adrian. (Spain)
Main Responsibilities areas: Maintenance management (machinery and
costs) design and production lines layout. Definition, development and
product homologation. Implantation of Spares warehouse. Proposal and
management of investment related to engineering and maintenance in
cooperation with technical and engineering divisional departments.
Oct. 2008 – Feb. 2011: Deputy Engineering. San Adrian (Spain).
Main Responsibilities: Cost Management for Maintenance, layout
