1. Trainee Systems Administrator, Pristine Consulting, 27 May 2009 to 06
   November 2009, The Gambia
      Created new user and permission on Windows 2003-2008 server.
      Configured and managed Windows 2003-2008 server with Active Directory.
      Configured Microsoft Exchange server 2007 email.
      Undertook Pc assembling and software installation.
      Provided customer support and service.
      Managed and added peripheral devices such as disks, printers and so on.
      Maintained network connections between systems.
      Ensured the system runs smoothly and provided needed services.
      Provided system startup and shutdown.
      Protected user data from modification, either by other users or through hardware failure.
      Undertook data management and execution of client support section.
      Proxy server management, adding and deleting user.
      Added and deleted user mail account on Exchange server 2007.
      Total virtualization done for client; handling and maintaining the ESX server (VMware);
       clustering done with 10 ESX servers and 2 Grids; configuring and managing 5 different SAN;

      Configured/Troubleshoot static and dynamic routing on Cisco’s 1800, 2800, 3600, 7200,
       series routers for customer’s requirements.
      Designed, configured/troubleshoot private and public Vlans on Cisco’s Catalysts 2900, 3700,
       5500, 6500 switches for customer’s requirements.
      Configured/troubleshoot load balancing on Cisco CSS/ create VIPs, services, IP redundancy
       as customer needs and request.
      Configured Cisco pix ACL/conduits, static NAT, and SNMP monitoring for customers request
       for access and denial services toward their networks.
      Investigated all customer network attacks with EDS Syslog (for all IP traffic coming in EDS
       network).
      Troubleshoot netscreen vpn devices for untrust, trust, and tunnel access (connections) for all
       customers’ networks.

      Created vpn tunnels for customer needs and Extended T1 connections.

      Re-designed Convention One internal Geneva core network. Migrated from EIGRP and RIPv2
       routing protocols to an OSPF multiple area network design. Interconnected through BGP to
       the other existing departments. Upgraded from 3550 series switches to Cisco 6509 Catalysts.
       Design, implementation and support of the core network (Spanning tree re-design, Trunking,

       VLAN setup). 3 level support for both LAN (Gigabit Ethernet) and WAN mainly consisting of
       Frame-Relay and ATM circuits. Fault finding by means of sniffers such as Ethereal and
       Packetyzer.
      Responsible for the overall network security including Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS),
       Cisco PIX Firewalls, Checkpoint FireWall-1 NG Firewalls, Cisco ACS Servers and VPNs.

       management for the entire network. Support and maintenance of Cisco SSG, Cisco SESM,

       development in order to automate daily backup and monitoring tasks. Design, implementation
