Social skills and competences - Team work: I have worked with various types of teams and various people. Constant
communication with other Child and Youth Care Workers in my group was a necessity that
came natural to me, as I’m an outgoing person always willing to cooperate with others.
- Intercultural skills: Considering that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a multicultural Country, I
cooperated and consider myself lucky to work with many young people that were once a

- Communication skills: I have great communicational skills, gained through my constant
education and through my work experience.
- Dealing with pressure and stress: Work experience that I’ve gained working as a Child
and Youth Care Worker helped me greatly to deal with stress and constant pressure.
Organisational skills and competences - Leadership: Working as a Child and Youth Care Worker I’ve been responsible for 13
children and youths, from 10 to 17 years old. Considering that children had bad behaviour
issues, I had to exhibit a strong presence and great leadership skills.
- Organisational skill: During my work as a Child and Youth Care Worker, I’ve organized
many creative workshops for children and youth: music workshops, sport events, etc.
Computer skills and competences Great working experience and keen interest for computer programmes, software and hardware. I
have a great knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. I’m also able to install Windows 7,
Windows 8, Windows XP and Linux software. I’m able to disassemble and assemble some of the
computer hardware. I am very familiar with the usage of electronic dictionaries and glossaries.
- Guitar playing: played a guitar for 15 years. From 2004 until 2006 I was a member of the
local amateur rock band called “Metlla.”
- Story writing: Published three short stories; one for the collection of the fantasy stories from the region called “Anomalija”, one story for
online magazine “Libartes”, and one story for “Znak Sagite” magazine.
I have a driver licence. Active driver since 2007.
