3. Summary Report
The Summary Report provides a quick overview of an applicant’s coverage history for the look-back
period set by the insurer ordering the report. The report includes carrier, policy status, number of
cancellations and renewals, and policy term effective and expiration dates. For each listed policy,
you get a corresponding Detail Report and Change History Report.
