PERSONAL STATEMENT
My aim as a physiotherapist is to work in prevention, health promotion and rehabilitation. A
physiotherapy degree from Semmelweis University (Faculty of Health Sciences) has provided me with
important skills that enable me to be an autonomous practitioner who can perform functional
examinations, identify impairments, functional limitations, abilities and disabilities by using clinical
decision-making processes. Moreover, it has enhanced my abilities to plan, explain, carry out, and adapt
an examination-based treatment, draw conclusions from the examination as a whole and rank the main
problems according to the priority.

2. WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Clalit Health Services – Physiotherapist (Haifa- Israel)
- Physiotherapy treatments for acute and chronic out-patients with various patient types in
musculoskeletal, neurological and pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Individual assessment, evaluation, efficient short and long-term treatment planning to each
patient including active exercises for muscle strengthening and stretching, passive treatment
(mobilizations, manual techniques, electrotherapy, thermotherapy etc.), and autonomous
techniques.
- Researching patient history and testing current condition of the area in need of treatment.
- Update and maintain charts to reflect procedures completed and patient progress
- Group treatments on weekly bases in the orthopedic field for spinal and peripheral conditions
such as whiplash, post-accident back pain, lumbar disc herniation, partial tear of shoulder/knee
ligaments, post-operative ligament repair shoulder/knee, frozen shoulder etc.
- Community service for a couple of patients.
2. Reshone Hacarmel Nursing Home – Physiotherapist (Haifa Israel)
