• Running the digital and production departments making sure all work is
completed to a high standard through digital manipulation, retouching and art
working of clients’ chosen images
• Templating and profiling finalised images and sending work to internal laboratory
via FTP systems.
• Tracking all orders through an internal administration system.
• Prioritising my work load to make sure I exceed customer’s expectations and
manage production backlogs.
• Quality Control checking of all orders to make sure they meet quality
expectations, through IS0 standards.
• Managing cash flow into the business by tracking orders and organising
collection of orders.
• Management of digital suite, including all related administration, computer
maintenance, image archiving, departmental costs, and equipment orders.
• General reception and administration duties.

Freelance Work
To develop and enhance the skills being learnt as part of my creative digital media degree
Kajans Women’s Enterprise
I designed the artwork and layout for a Brochure and DVD Cover to promote this
charity’s educational programme for schools.
Working with a partner we filmed, edited and produced a DVD showing examples of
their work and interviews with pupils and staff, at various schools across Birmingham.
• Managed financial expenses and book keeping of expenses.
• Created a communication chain for better service with our client.
• Created presentations for the clients to assess our work throughout.
Worcester Innovators Network (WIN) (University of Worcester Society)
Working as part of a small team filmed, edited and produced a short video to promote
the society to potential new members.
University of Worcester Film School Co-ordinator
Acted as a mentor to groups of children aged 14-15, helping them to design, film and
edit a short film. I also taught them to create promotional materials for the film using
Adobe Creative Suite.
Worcester Disability Football Club (WDFC) and BBC Hereford and Worcester
With a partner created a series of four short videos to promote the activities of the
Football Club to parents and potential new members. In addition we created two
longer videos to meet the requirements of the BBC that were shown on their local digital
television network. All work was presented to the client for assessment and approval of
the final pieces.
