2. Preparing letters and doing correspondence with Authorities, Clients, Consultants,
Sub-contractors, Suppliers, etc. by email, fax, and/or courier.
Inter department communication via e-mail. Control all incoming & outgoing
engineering documents ( i.e. drawings, specifications, standards. etc).
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Organize and
coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements. Take, type and distribute
minutes of meetings.
Assist with QA/QC project documentation, test certificates and audits.
