Key Responsibilities
 Assisting the Warehouse Manager for the timely completion of daily tasks of
Warehouse operations.
 In-charge of monitoring / tracking / dissemination of all incoming and outgoing
documents from the department.
 Responsible for the proper documentation monitoring, tracking and filing of all
reports and documents.
 Invoicing for local & outbound wholesale customers.
 Preparing debit notes, credit notes, delivery notes and other relevant vouchers.
 Responsible for Warehouse stock take.
 Arrange the stores to monthly audit.
 Reporting to Warehouse Manager about the stock level.

 Preparing letters and doing correspondence with Authorities, Clients, Consultants,
Sub-contractors, Suppliers, etc. by email, fax, and/or courier.
 Inter department communication via e-mail. Control all incoming & outgoing
engineering documents ( i.e. drawings, specifications, standards. etc).
 Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Organize and
coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements. Take, type and distribute
minutes of meetings.
 Assist with QA/QC project documentation, test certificates and audits.
 Liaise with head office admin staff and bookkeeping departments.
Educational Qualifications
 Data Preparation & Software Certificate (1992), National Council for vocational
training, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.
 ‘O’ Level Computer Software Diploma (1995), Computer Society of India, Dept. of
Electronics, Govt. of India.
 Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Degree) from the Kerala University of India in the
year 1994.
 Passed Al Sahel Contracting Company - Quality Evaluation Test of Assessment of
knowledge of the Company’s Quality Management System.
 Familiar with computer packages like Oracle E Business suite- Version 11.5.10.2,
Business Objects XI, ERP Packages, MS Word, Good working knowledge of MS-
Excel, Power Point, MS Access. Knowledge of Internet and E-mail.
