September 2014-till present Commercial department, Commercial Section Head– Ashry Steel for Industry (Steel Plants Management):
o Managing commercial sections (Supply chain, Trade marketing, Technical sales, direct sales & Customer service).
o Revising the annual procurement plan, modifying and acting by purchase all needs with amounts Approx. 250,000,000 L.E.
o Managing Local & Export sales department to reach annual targets with amount 350,000,000 L.E.
o A member at startup process of building a new brand of Industrial & commercial holding company (Ashry steel).
o Creating policies for the commercial department, Including Supply chain (purchasing, procurement & warehouse) policy and
also sales & marketing policies.
o Doing master sales plan for different steel products.
o Cooperating with Production & Quality departments to get the standard quality according to the market & project’s needs.
o Directing coding project for plant’s procurement & warehouses.
o Building teams for every section in commercial department.
o A member in startup & management of a new project (Steel plant).

September 2013-till December 2013 Supply Chain Senior Planning Engineer- Egyptian Steel:

o Monitoring metrics for the production process of Port Said plant
o Monitoring losses and calculating key performance metrics, such as loss ratios/loss rates relative to total production
o Calculate monthly quantitative and financial loss threshold according to international standards to improve efficiency of the
production process
o Forecast production using historical data, on a quarterly basis
o Forecast sales according to historical data, on an annual basis
o Generate annual reports concerning metrics of the complete production process
o Reviewing the offshore contracts of the plants to ensure adequate contracting conditions and specifications
o Reviewing technical offers of suppliers to ensure adequate specifications.
o December 2013- till March 2013 Enrolled in Coding Project (Operations Department)
o Creating a comprehensive and updated database for all technical equipment and instruments related to the production
process of all the plants
o Creating spare parts data (Bill of Material) to be implemented on the SAP system for all plants
o Corresponding each item code to its plant, equipment and specific location
o Attending all Suppliers Meeting to get and study offers for the melt shop. (Refractories, slide gate, cranes, burners, .etc.)
o Responsible for Refractories of melt-shop for the 2 plants by doing consumption of material needed & collecting offers of
suppliers.
o Site Engineer during the operation of melt-shop.
o Monitoring all technical purchasing requests and giving the technical recommendations on offers received.
October 2011- June 2013 head of Technical sales & trade-marketing department - Egyptian Steel
o Analyzing the product (physically, chemically and mechanically)
o Revising all Certificates results received from all engineering laboratories
o Comparing the results of the plant’s analysis with all laboratories results and all standards
o Following up on product’s complains
o Taking samples from the site that where complained about and analyzing it comparing the results with the standard,
then replying the client with result
o Making direct contact with plant’s quality department to solve the issue
o Certify product in major construction projects and develop contracts with construction companies in all prim projects
o Performing technical presentations by explaining the plant process, standards we produce for consultants and
contractors
o Instruct technical course for all new employees.(commercials ,Engineers, planning, purchasing)
