I. Contact your new mobile service provider and obtain the Customer Acquisition Form and Porting Form. Read all eligibility requirements and conditions carefully. II. To obtain a Unique Porting Code (UPC), send an SMS from your mobile number to 1900 with the text "PORT" followed by a space and your 10-digit mobile number. The UPC is valid for 15 days. III. Submit the completed forms along with the UPC and any required documents to your new provider. Your number will port to the new provider within 7 working days, during which there may be 2 hours of service disruption when porting occurs.
