Where do OTAs fit in the journey?
• One of the main role of the OTAs with The Residence
is to attract customer through a wide range of special
offers and preferential rates.
• The majority of them such as voyage-privée or
expedia act more as an assist interaction by offering
very attractive prices compared to the level of quality
of the hotel. The goal is to catch the attention of the
customer and to offer him the opportunity to feel
concerned by an upscale product that becomes
affordable.
