during the University laboratories courses.
High attitude to work in a team. It’s always a pleasure to work in a team to share, learn new
concepts and confronts with other members.
Organisational / managerial skills

needed for my researches.
In the last year of my University’s Career I’ve learn and studied all the principal process involving
the preparation of drugs. Grinding, Mixing, Granulation, Pelletisation, Lyophilization,
Compression, Filming, Drying were examined in details, with particular attention on problems
and variables that can compromise the quality of the final pharmaceutical form.
Quality Assurance, ICH Guide-lines, Technology Transfer and Hygienic Practices were also
studied in deep and explained by Industries’ Experts.
At last, all the modifying/retard release forms (Osmotic Pumps, Reservoirs Systems,
Chronotropic Systems ecc...), Site Specific release forms were studied in deep with particular
attention in problems of Bioavailability and compliance.
