11 Director in the Legal Branch in the office of the Commissioner for
Superannuation, acting SES Level 1 Assistant Secretary, conducting
civilian and military superannuation litigation in the AAT and Federal
Court.

I held the position class 9 Assistant Director Legal Branch,
Commonwealth Department of Health conducting litigation on behalf
of the Department in the AAT and Federal Court.

I was an examiner of patents at the Patents Office of the
Commonwealth. In this capacity I undertook a 6 months intensive
course in patents law and thereafter examined and reported on patent
applications in the electrical discipline.
