A) General
 Comply with admin, accounting procedures and finance policies of the company.
 Be the Part of Revenue Cycle Management.
 Provide support to branch manager/marketing & sales team
B) Functional duties & responsibilities
Accounting
• Internal controls in accounting transactions & do proper internal check on daily basis
• Bank Reconciliation.
• GSA Reconciliation and Finalization ( Air India, Cebu Pacific, Korean Air, KLM, Garuda
Indonesia, Saudi Arabian Airlince and Kuwait airways)
• Reconciliation of books of Accounts like IATA/BSP, CASS and LCC Carriers
• Assist Finance manager and Accounts Manager for Finalization of accounts.
a) Finance
• Fund requirement estimation
• To liaise with banks/financial institutions to source low cost funds
• Be the part of Budgeting and variance analysis – Capital and Revenue
• Current assets management – cash and treasury, receivables and payables etc.
• Monitor receivables management and collection of receivables on time as per the credit
policy of the Company
• Review of PLB schemes/CRS incentives and preparation of statements on time and
follow up
• To ensure that reconciliation of bank accounts, debtors, BSP, payables, etc are
completed on time
• Proper financial advice to sales and marketing department to increase yield on ticket
issuance
b) Cost management
• Introduction of cost control and cost reduction techniques
• Negotiating with suppliers, service providers etc.
c) Other areas
 Compliance with legal procedures/formalities
 Any other areas, incidental or ancillary to the attainment of Company’s organizational,
financial and business objectives.
 Liaison with auditors & consultants
 Preparation and evaluation of short term and long term business plans
 Negotiating with Airlines/General Sales Agents(GSA’s) of Airlines
