Branch Senior Relationship Officer(Kisumu Express Branch)Responsibilities:
Maintaining and growing the existing business banking customers through
enhanced relationship management while coordinating business banking
activities to ensure efficiency and compliance to policies.
Overseeing effective management of client relationships, monitoring and
managing business banking customer complaints and constantly reviewing
