Similarities in culture is more so the same then not. Even though our early
childhood was around drugs and alcohol our parents made sure we were at church
with either grandparent learning the Word of God. When we moved to the south
side, I met several friends who went to church and church camps as well. That
brought me closer to some families of Caucasian decent. My parents were very
athletic in school and that allowed them to teach us sports and sportsmanship. That
allowed me to blend in with some of the girls in the neighborhood because they
were also athletic. My father took me to a field were girls (Caucasian) were playing

There are a number of parties that could inherently be liable for an accident caused
by an AV, the potential parties include; the user, the owner of the AV, the
manufacturer of the AV, the manufacturer of the AV components or AV technology,
the AV code programmer, a government entity responsible for the intelligent
highway or perhaps even the AV itself by allowing AVs to be considered as legal
persons. There have also been arguments that the federal government should create
legislation preempting state tort remedies for AVs. Yet, due to the advanced
equipment inside AVs, it will be difficult to differentiate technological
malfunctions from AV technology with those of driver negligence at the outset of
mass AV use. In the foreseeable future when there will likely be no human driver
this will not be an issue. Instead, the difficult part will be determining which
manufacturer out of the many involved in the creation of the AV is at fault.
Present day procedures for identifying who is at fault may not be satisfactory when
the accident involves an AV. However, there is a potential solution to identifying
which vehicle or driver is at fault for an accident in the form of black boxes ( Flight
Data Recorders ), similar to the ones used on airplanes. Black boxes would monitor
driver activity and record data leading up to accidents. This would create a privacy
concern, but the collection of relevant information would tell investigators the story

The low production means prices go up because of low quantity. When prices go up
consumers and retailers are affected because it becomes a trickle affect, from the
retailer down to the consumer and the savings they usually get goes out the window.
It also affects households because when the prices go up leaving less money for other
activities such as outings or family fun activities. It affects decreased taxes to help
lower prices to drive the demand back up because if people cannot afford the
