Christopher Cosolito was born in Ohio but moved to North Carolina at age 2 where he developed a love of food through his Italian roots. He took culinary arts classes in high school and interned at a bakery, deciding he wanted to prepare rather than critique food. Next year, he will attend culinary school in North Carolina to obtain an associate's degree and later transfer to Rhode Island for a bachelor's degree in food entrepreneurship, with a goal of working in an international restaurant in New England or the Mediterranean.
