of other income & expenditure. Streamlining month end 100% TB account reconciliations
process. Preparation of a master-file, Collection of reconciliations, improving
reconciliations, providing guidance in preparation of reconciliations.
• Development of Policies, Procedures, process mapping and Manuals
Assist in preparation of "Delegation of Authority", Streamlining and improving controls
of gate-pass policy, development of corporate credit card policy, process mapping of
royalty accumulation and payment process, Developing an amalgamated authorized
signatory list, User manual for final accounts
• Taxation
Computation of Excise duty and Weight Related duty, assisted in Deferred Tax
calculation, Assisting in Corporate income tax calculation, VAT reconciliation, Leading a
team to trace documents and complete information requirement for IRD assessment.
• Treasury
Intercompany (BAT group foreign debtors and creditors) balance management process,
confirmation of balances and communicating on reporting balances on year-end,
resolving all issues on 2012 year-end and successful completion, Involvement in
monitoring daily cash balance on year-end to meet cash-flow target, managing timing of
payments. Development of daily cash management model to track counterparty exposure,
investments, major payments and cash availability
• Auditing (internal)
Non-Purchase order invoices audit, Physical stock count of finished goods, raw material,
packing material.
Pathum carried out his duties in an efficiently during his stay at CTC. He was also an
active member ofCTC's Cricket team.
