This document is a weekly carloads and intermodal traffic report from CSX for the week of February 22, 2009 through February 28, 2009 compared to the same week in 2008. It shows that total carloads were down 16.9% and total intermodal traffic was down 16.1% for the week. For the year to date, total carloads were down 20.2% and total intermodal traffic was down 12.4% compared to the same period in 2008. The majority of commodity groups saw declines across all time periods compared.
