CSU-Global Accepting Files
Take this time to log into Salesforce and follow along with each step
to recognize where to locate key items used when determining
whether to accept or reject a file.
2. Enrollment Coordinator Training
Step One
• Search applicant name or number in Salesforce and CampusVue
•Determine degree level and check that all transcripts are on file or
have been waived with Admit Less Credit form
•Open each transcript and check for any missing additional transfer
credit including other previous institutions, military credit, advanced
placement, straighterline, and CLEP
•Double check official transcripts that have been received have been
updated from “ordered” or “required” to “on file”
•Check file comments for note pertaining to additional transcripts
found in CampusVue only
•Reject File for Missing Additional Transcripts if any transcripts are
missing
5. Enrollment Coordinator Training
Step Two
• Determine student GPA using CUM GPA Calculator found on
P:Drive
• Enter total CUM GPA in CUM GPA field in salesforce
• Reject file for “Low GPA” is GPA is below minimum admissions
requirements and applicant does not have provisional docs on file
6. Enrollment Coordinator Training
Step Three
•Review enrollment checklist to make sure everything is filled out
properly. The following fields must be completed:
•Degree and program fields
•Primary method of payment field
•Discounted Tuition rate
•If military—must have military transcript on file or note
they are spouse/dependent
•Current start date
•Reject file for “Incomplete enrollment checklist” is anything is
missing
8. Enrollment Coordinator Training
Step Four
• Provisional students must have the following documents on file
BEFORE the file can be submitted:
•Resume
•Statement of Purpose
•Smartermeasure
•Undergraduate only: Summary Evaluation
•Accept file and move “File Submitted” email to next committee
meeting folder. After committee review, update admit decisions in
CampusVue
Provisional: All official transcripts on file or Less credit
forms
Provisional (Missing Docs): missing all or some official
transcripts
•Reject file for “Need Committee Docs” if any of these items are
missing. Make a note of what is missing in the file comments
9. Enrollment Coordinator Training
Step Five
•Change file status to Accepted
•Enter Admit Decision into CampusVue
•Admit: All official transcripts and meets requirements
•Conditional: Missing all or some official transcripts
•Less Credit: All official transcripts and Admit Less Credit form
on file for missing transcripts
•Move “File Submitted” email to enroll folder in admissions inbox
