The Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NCII qualification is an upgraded version of the previous Computer Hardware Servicing (CHS) NCII qualification. The CSS NCII covers more competencies across basic, common, and core modules compared to the older CHS NCII, which only had two modules. This course develops the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a computer service technician according to industry standards, including installing, maintaining, configuring, and diagnosing computer systems and networks. Upon achieving the CSS NCII Qualification, one would be competent to work as a computer assembler, service technician, network technician, or maintenance technician.
