Market Survey
   About 35 people participated in the survey.
   College going students and the emerging startup's 
     were targeted
   Channels used: web
   Response: Diverse but still positive




                       
Customer feedback
   Out of 35 people who participated in the survey, 
     only 70% of it were aware about the COrporate 
     Social Responsibility
   CSR is implemented mostly at department level or 
     Company Managenent. Not much importance is 
     given to the Individual employee
   Approximately 17% of total people were clear 
     about the implementation of CSR in their 
     organization 

                       
Customer feedback
   About 42% people were aware about some social 
     activities that were organized as a part of CSR
   Out of these 42%, mere 20% think that it is 
     beneficial to the social community, 12% were 
     neutral and the rest gave negative response.
   To the utter surprise, it was found that the 
     effectiveness of the corporate strategy decreases 
     with the implementation of CSR.
     

                       
Customer feedback
   Out of the total people wherein CSR was 
     implemented effectively, 83% of them responded 
     positively on the profitably of their firms with 
     CSR commitments.
   More importantly, people do think that CSR 
     programme gives their firm a competitive 
     advantage over other firms in their industry by 
     getting recognition.



                       
Role/responsibilities within 
                   organization
   Most of the people weren't involved directly in the 
     implementation of CSR.
   The head of the department or the Company 
     Management handles it directly, wherever 
     applicable.
   Awareness needs to be created about the 
     importance of CSR.
