This document provides a financial report for a community service initiative event organized by a group of architecture students. It includes a project overview describing the event details, beneficiary, budget and location. It then presents the project budget breakdown with actual expenditures for various categories like food, goody bags, game booths, groceries and transportation. The expenditures are supported by receipts and within the estimated budgets, except for goody bags and transportation which exceeded slightly. In total, the group spent RM1971.26 of the RM2000 initial budget, with a balance of RM28.74 remaining.

Beneficiary
Good Samaritan Home is a Pro-Active, Participating & People Centered Charity
Organization to House, nurturing & caring for underprivileged & orphaned children.
It was founded in January 1999 by Albert Ong and YM Ong, a former pastor and his wife.
Good Samaritan Home cared for children who came from families where parents have
abandoned them, or where a parent is unable to cope with divorce, or where the child has
lost one or both parents.
It is now a home to 28 children, whose age ranges from 5 to 18 years old.
Location​ : No.2, Lebuh Jelutong, Taman Selatan, 41200 Klang.
Budget Allocation The initial budget of 2000 Ringgit Malaysia was provided
by each of our group members. Each of the group
members contributed RM100, summing up to a total
amount of RM2000 for the event usage.
