Collaboration for Sensitive Data
CSE® streamlines team workflows and allows internal
and external stakeholders to manage and organize
confidential documents and content, as well as add new
versions, lock / unlock, update, synchronize, share, and
send files. Team members can create sub-folders and
manage complex permissions by assigning user roles.
Dashboard View
The Dashboard activity stream enables users to quickly
view and sort through all activities taking place in CSE®
system. This enables the team members to see all the
activities around their files, not just the file structure. The
Dashboard View allows users to easily view all files and
folders that they have access to, add and share files and
folders, and move content across folders and other
enterprise content sources.
Sand Box
With our intuitive design, users can easily drag and
drop files across multiple cloud folders or enterprise
content sources. The Sand Box also allows users to
share files in a single email, temporarily store files for
quick access, and re-organize content.
File Lock/Unlock
Users can lock and unlock files to prevent editing
conflicts. Files can only be unlocked by the user who
locks them or by the folder Owner and Manager.
Locked files can be downloaded, commented on, and
viewed, but only deleted or updated by the person who
locked the file or by the folder Owner or Manager.
Notifications
Soliciting feedback is an important part of any project.
Users can subscribe to receive email notifications when
files have been added, removed or downloaded.
Track File Versions
CSE® displays all versions of files added to folders. A
newly uploaded file that has the same name as an
existing file is automatically considered the latest
version. Users can also add a “new version” of a file
even if the file has a different name. Tracking each file
version makes file management very easy.

Search
With the Cloud Secure Encryption, users can perform fast and secure search both in file
names and file contents. No decryption is necessary to manage and search data in the cloud,
eliminating unauthorized access and risk of exposure.
Secure File Transfer
Cloud Secure Encryption makes file servers and FTP servers redundant, thereby reducing the
storage burden, saving time and budgetary resources for IT support. File sharing is improved
when users can securely share files of any size with internal and external collaborators. IT
administrators can consolidate user data to data centers or the cloud, while providing value
add through enhanced data protection and information governance. Folder and File access
can also be done through a set of APIs to allow other systems or other machines (IOE) to
exchange data in a secure way.
Robust Administrative Interface
Cloud Secure Encryption Administrative interface includes interactive dashboards and
notifications to help admins manage, configure and deploy the system. Admins can quickly
manage users and content, set storage limits, create file and folder policies.
