The module "Business Plan" of the Master in Tourism Management of IULM university enables participants to elaborate a team entrepreneurial project based on a strategic and economical analysis, applying tools and methodologies learnt during the Master under the supervision of a tutor. The Business Plan "Un nuovo modello di hospitality" (MMT III edition) aims at developing a new hospitality concept based on a low budget, a modern design, a young target and a rich experience for the client. The tutor of the project is Giorgio Bianchi, Sole Director of R&D Hospitality.
