GATHER IN CHICAGO FOR 21ST ANNUAL CRMC
April 2, 2014 – Chicago, IL - Celebrating its 21st
year, CRMC (Customer Relationship Management Conference) will
hold its annual conference at the Hilton Chicago, IL, on June 4 - 6th
. Founded in 1991 by five-time author and "Father
of Database Marketing," Fred Newell, the CRMC has gained a reputation as the premier event for Marketing and
CRM Executives in the Retail Industry. Over 600 participants representing the top 200 retail brands will be in
attendance. This year's conference theme is “Engage + Captivate," and presentations will focus on how retailers can
maintain customer relationships in today’s technologically complex and competitive environment. Expert speakers
include Alex “Sandy” Pentland, the nation's leading Data Scientist and author of Social Physics; Ted Rubin, leading
social marketing strategist and author of Return on Relationships; and Joseph Jaffe, author of Flip the Funnel and
Z.E.R.O. Alongside the expert speakers, attendees will have access to a range of highly informative Retail Sessions
followed by interactive Q&A sessions that invite engagement and learning.
