This document proposes an animated wallpaper final year project that displays changing newspaper headlines. The goals are to attract people to interact with the wallpaper and make it more interesting than a static display. It will be accessible to the public. Diagrams and charts are included to plan the floor layout, workflow, and timeline. Preliminary design ideas show how the headlines could animate and transition between stories. The wallpaper aims to bring newspaper content to life through touch-activated movement and changes.
