This document discusses teenage crime in Malaysia. It notes that students from Form 1 to Form 3 are the biggest contributors to juvenile crime. Unhealthy entertainment outlets, cyber cafes, and media influence are cited as factors. To address the issue, a working committee was established to develop crime prevention strategies. Schools with active Crime Prevention Clubs have better discipline. Promoting moral improvement, healthy activities, and addressing the root causes could help solve the problem of rising teenage crime.
