2. Study
One must examine and come to
understand and implement God’s
Word personally.
I usually do my Bible study on my
laptop in Logos.
3. Focus
One must understand his
students’ needs and prepare to
specifically address them in order
to see life change.
A pair of glasses helps those with
poor eyesight to clearly see what’s
around them.
4. Structure
Organizing one’s study of the
passage and student needs into a
Biblically accurate lesson plan
using the Hook, Book, Look, Took
method.
A planner helps one with
organization.
5. Teach
The instruction of students using
the most effective methods in an
age-appropriate way.
Teaching is the connecting of the
concepts one has studied to
students.
6. Evaluate
Analyzing the effectiveness of
one’s teaching and determining
how one can improve.
In order to graduate from college
one must undergo a long series of
evaluations which reveal how
much the student has learned.
