Dmitry from Russia wrote to Crash Course of Creativity in the USA. He visited six stores in question-answer form: three apparel stores, a mobile phone store, a tableware store, and a household goods store. Most surprisingly, the names of five out of the six stores did not match the goods they sold. He noted apparel stores organize clothes by type and style, and the most expensive products in the technics store were at eye level. He thanked them for the course and hoped everyone was okay after the hurricane.
