CrashBy Matt PartlettIt's the sense of touch. In any real city, you walk, you know? You brush past people, people bump into you. In L.A., nobody touches you. We're always behind this metal and glass. I think we miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just so we can feel something.

Several stories inter link during two days in Los Angeles involving a collection of inter-related characters, a police detective with a drugged out mother and a thieving younger brother. Two car thieves who feel they are discriminated by society because of their race. The white district attorney and his irritated and pampered wife. A racist white veteran cop, who is caring for a sick father at home, who disgusts his more idealistic younger partner. A Hollywood director and his wife who must deal with the racist policeman. A Persian-immigrant father who buys a gun to protect his shop. A Hispanic locksmith and his young daughter who is afraid of bullets.Plot Synopsis

I thought that ‘Crash’ was a very deep and thought provoking film. Their was alot of ambiguity between the characters, at each point of the film the characters showed qualities of honesty and good will but also show a dark, sinister side to the character which is present in everyone. Personal Opinion
