Company Profile
Constant Power Services Ltd was originally formed in the
late 1980’s to provide a reliable source of service support and
engineering in the field of Uninterruptible Power Supplies and
Power Conditioning. The company is now well established and
forms an integral part of the Italian Riello Elettronica Group
Constant Power Services currently occupies a 26,000 sq/ft premises in Letchworth, Herts which
accommodates both Sales and Service activities as well as a large warehouse facility. Stock
UPS units are available up to 400kVA as well as a comprehensive spares holding to support a
growing service customer base.
Directly employed Sales and Service engineers are based at the Letchworth head office and
remotely throughout the UK enabling a quick and efficient response to both sales enquires and
service related callouts.

We have worked extensively towards providing a ‘total
power solution’ having installed numerous Generator and UPS
packages complete with associated switchboards for
distribution and auto changeover facilities. Working with
specialised partners, Constant Power Services has also
consolidated it’s position as a major UPS supplier to Hospital
and Health Authorities throughout the UK.

Battery Replacements & Upgrades
Constant Power Services can undertake replacement battery installations based on a “like for like”
product or a load specific battery calculated to be more cost effective or to make better use of available
floor space. In the present economic climate this re-calculation and careful selection is even more
important. Close working relationships with several battery suppliers enable competitive prices for
virtually any battery block. Battery upgrades and replacements can utilise existing enclosures and racks or
alternatively we can supply new. We ensure that all old batteries are removed from site and safely
disposed of in accordance with the relevent regulations.
Sales Support
We have a dedicated internal sales team based at our Letchworth
head office, responding to your enquiries with an efficient and fast
quotation turnaround, product advice, technical documentation and
CAD facilities. An external sales team is also available covering the
whole of the UK to discuss your projects and our products in person.
Constant Power Services is a registered member of the CPD
certification service and has two presentations; “Static UPS Selection
Criteria” & “Static UPS Testing” that can be presented upon request.

This “bolt-on” service provides you with the most comprehensive
insurance that your UPS system will remain reliable and if a problem
occurs, we can diagnose and respond with the utmost urgency.
The Service Team
Constant Power Services Ltd has a network of directly employed
technicians and remote stock hubs covering the UK and Eire,
providing round the clock maintenance agreements all inclusive of
parts and labour, both during and after the warranty period.
Customers with agreements in place have priority of our service
resources. Constant Power Services Ltd technicians have experience
in selling and servicing UPS for over 25 years and can therefore offer
you and your client the best possible support for our UPS equipment.
