each customer and continuity of service as standard.
A centralized control room is based in Rome with a backup in Munich
will grant operation supervision on a 24/7-time base. Control room
manages false alarms and distribute failures tickets.
Bespoke solar PV monitoring system
Our offer will grant you the option to use the proprietary monitoring and
managing system “KCS” with a track record of more than 400 MW, is a
web based software platform
In-house ticketing system
ensures clear, auditable process for following up on any problems that
