An investigation by child protective services found that abuse or neglect was substantiated against the recipient. The case manager assigned to the recipient's case is available to help develop a plan to ensure the safety and protection of the recipient's children. While the department wants to help families solve problems and protect children, the recipient has the right to request an administrative or panel review of the finding within 10 days if they disagree with the decision.
