A happy wife makes a happy life.
Marriage is a give and give and give and give, sing it with me, relationship.
A successful, godly marriage is not based upon the issue as long as both shall live but as long as both shall give.
Marriage is empowered by the grace of God and sustained by the love of God.
Marriage is probably one of the greatest opportunities to experience the goodness and grace of God in your own personal life and to experience love for each other.

When darkness comes in like a flood, God raises a standard. A standard is a safe place for people to stand. Now, more than ever, darkness is coming upon us. We need to stand together, united. To do so, we need to understand and affirm the standards we share.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

5. The family is the basic unit of society
The condition of individual families will
determine the condition of society as a whole
Our work of strengthening family life is the best way
for us to work for the moral regeneration of society
8. Marriage is a relationship
of commitment and
service
not based on emotion, but
on fidelity
entrusting oneself
completely to the other
denying oneself for the
good of the other
9. WALKING
IN HIS
WILL
We need to recognize that we are first
committed to God. Our feelings, likes and
dislikes, and our will are all subordinated
to God's will and plan for us
10. During moments of difficulty,
turn to the Lord
Recognize that God is the architect of our
marriage, and knows how best for it to work
Mt 11: 28 - 30
“Come to me, all you who are weary and
burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke
upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and
humble in heart, and you will find rest for your
souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
16. Parents are not
sufficiently available to
their children
Children are resistant to
direction and indifferent to
parents’ wishes, values
and beliefs
17. Parents need to make a decision to bring back
life in the home and make time for it (e.g., family
meals, family recreation, shared chores, etc.)
21. The formation of young minds is
given over to the information and
entertainment industries
Media dampens family
activity and communication
Many families do not deal strongly enough
with the intrusion of media
Mass media have almost unlimited access to
many families
22. • by working together
• having social life together
• helping one another in practical ways that
involve people of various ages
• going to mass together
• going on vacation and family outings together
• extending voluntary work
• simply having coffee together
Christian families should find ways
to share their lives with one another
23. 6.
Develop Christian
peer environments
for young people
Peer groups are a powerful force in the lives of young people
We do not seek to avoid these, but to redirect them
26. Parents must work actively to train and form
their children in Christian faith and character
Parents must raise and train
their children to help them
fulfill their God-given destiny
Parents must wrest the initiative from school, peers and the media
28. The future of humanity passes by
way of the family
We need to strengthen Christian
family life, in order to defend God's
creation, and to renew the face of the
earth
