2. Elliott's costume was specifically chosen by the group. He is not dressed like a super hero,
yet the casual jumper he wears can be used to portray that image by the use of Elliott
putting up his hood . Doing this can represent him as fearless, dominating & bring the inner
hero out, fighting the antagonists.
Elliott’s costume is very
casual, he represents what
most teenagers wear on a
normal day. His slim fit jeans
and white trainers allow the
audience to relate with him as
he fits in with what his
generation wears.
3. Uzair’s Costume again is very casual, he wears similar clothes to Elliott. They both represent
average teenagers. They’re clothing suggests that they are no super hero, just 17 year old boys
living life.
Uzair’s hair was kept to just being scruffy, pushed up at the front and slightly slicked back. This
again is a modern hair style to which most teenagers have, therefore reinforcing the idea of
Uzair being an average teen
4. Gamer 1’s costume was chosen to represent his simple characteristics. His emotionless face
and monotone voice.
The glasses are used to cover his eyes, without eyes there are no chance of him coming across
as soft, eyes can tell a story but his are hidden. Therefore not allowing you to read him in
anyway
The suit is very smart. It is is simple and is worn
by all of the antagonists in the movie. This
costume was chosen for many reasons; One
being that the characters represent the gaming
world, they have come for the hacked controller
that Elliott owns. They have no emotion because
they own similar qualities of a robot. Secondly
their costume contrasts with with the protagonist,
the casual look vs the smart villain look.
