Administrative:
Wrote and edited Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for a newly opened medium custody Correctional Facility, which kept staff
informed with policies and procedures. Well versed in multiple types of report writing, such as: observation reports, disciplinary
reports, chain of custody documents and conducted counseling’s on a daily basis. Maintained trackers and logs of work orders, inmate
request forms, daily logs, inventory sheets and other paper necessary for efficient facility operations.
Tactical:
Supervised a 40 personnel housing unit for confined felons, as well as supported correctional force with daily operations inside
communal and special housing units. Managed a squad size element (ten Soldiers) which includes two Non-Commissioned Officers
(supervisors), as a Sergeant (E5) and Staff Sergeant (E6) both in garrison and a deployed environment. Primary Unarmed Self-
Defense Instructor for Joint Detention Groups and Battalion levels. Performed multiple escort missions for High Risk, Death Sentence
