Developed and coordinated training for direct action raid and covert operations in preparation for deployment. Enhanced a
seven man team’s knowledge and readiness in raid tactics.
Deployed to Afghanistan to coordinate all helicopter movement for a Special Operations base. Developed and implemented
a space and reservation system to maximize use of each helicopters capabilities. Enabled 70% more personnel and cargo to
be transported during the 110 day deployment compared to the previous 110 days.
Trained eight Rangers on basic fundamentals and advanced techniques on six weapon systems; effectively increased a
squad’s ability to deploy worldwide.
Team leader for four training exercises leading Rangers under a high pace and high stress environment in order to ensure all
seven teammembers were prepared for Operation Freedom Sentinel.
Developed a physical training program to improve the fitness level within the seven Ranger team. Increased annual physical
fitness test by 20% and physical readiness test scores by 25%.

them to take on more responsibility, setting themup for success today, and in the future.
Performed as Alpha Team Leader in eight squad drills and situational training exercises. Selected by the Company
Commander as having the best teamout of six in the platoon.
Demonstrated capability to communicated time sensitive orders and clear direction to my seven Ranger team during a high
stress environment with less than 6 hours of sleep accumulatively over the span of the three day exercise.

that less than 0.1% of Logistic personnel in the Army are selected for.
Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to manage petroleum operations for a Special
Operations base. Managed ordering storing and distribution of 1.2 million dollars’ worth of petroleum.
