Bay Fireworks was founded in 1985 and has since grown to include Pyro Engineering as a standalone division in 2004 to meet growing demand. Unlike most traditional fireworks companies that are handed down from generation
to generation, Bay Fireworks was built from the ground up in 1985. With a corporate
infrastructure as carefully crafted as the spectacular fireworks displays we produce, we
have the in-house resources and expertise to bring the most complex and breathtaking
shows to life - from conceptual development through design and production - safely
and flawlessly.
Recognizing the size and scale of the pyrotechnic and special effects industry, Pyro
Engineering was created as a standalone division in 2004. Combining innovation
with years of large-scale production experience has allowed us to meet the demand
of new markets and better service our existing client base. Our multi-media programs,
designed to create an unforgettable “up close and personal” experience, feature
a variety of entertainment mediums - grand illuminations, lasers, confetti canons,
cryogenics and close proximity effects. Our “blockbuster” presentations include major
motion pictures, stage and theatrical productions, national theme parks, prominent
sporting events and touring productions.
