My Qualifications
With more than 20 years’ experience in business-to-business marketing and
technical communications at Hitachi Communication Technologies America, Inc.
and other organizations, I have produced everything from technical and end-user
manuals to website content, news releases and trade show messaging. My
background spans enterprise communications, optical networks (long haul and
metro), and data center interconnection. In the emerging Internet of Things
sector, I have worked with applications ecosystems for Machine-to-Machine
(M2M)/Internet of Things (IoT) services, including vertical markets such as
