This document introduces a new messaging platform called conssero that provides real-time workflow visibility and performance reporting for service providers. It aims to address problems with the current lack of real-time job status updates, job tracking not being on the client's system, and job information being dependent on feedback from service providers. The solution involves a site terminal that connects work teams directly to a cloud-based application to replace emails and calls. This allows all parties to have real-time visibility of service delivery and improves collaboration. Implementation involves creating an account, installing a site terminal, and inviting service providers and occupiers.
