Congratulating Expressions Expressionof congratulation is an expression or action that we use to give the congratulation utterance when someone succeeds in doing something, in her special day or moment. For example: Congratulations on your new job! Congratulations on your success! Congratulations on your achievements!. Happy birthday! Happy graduation!
