If bank and other financing, must have fully paid the equity and the “LETTER  OF  GUARANTEE” or “LETTER OF UNDERTAKING” has been issued by  the financing  institution. Has signed the Certificate of Acceptance for his unit.
Is the List Price inclusive of 12 %VAT (especially for units with price higher than  P 2.5M)?  Yes , the list prices are already inclusive of 12% VAT, documentary stamps & other administrative taxes.  -Are Woodcrest Prices are already for Finished units and Ready to Occupy once turn-over?
